Lead Support Worker – Person-Centred Care & Team Lead

CareTech is recruiting for a Senior Support Worker in Reading to lead a team and provide high-quality, person-centred support to adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs.

You will supervise shift teams, ensure care plans are followed, and contribute to community activities while maintaining accurate records and documentation. A Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care progression is encouraged.
