Senior Children’s Support Worker – Lead & Mentor Care Team

Community Integrated Care is seeking a Senior Support Worker to lead a staff team in a rural children’s home. The role requires a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare, 2+ years of experience with children facing emotional/mental health challenges, and a UK driving license with access to a vehicle.

You will mentor staff, conduct audits, attend supervision meetings, and ensure safeguarding and regulatory compliance.
