ThisisarolebasedinourresidentialserviceinourWorsbrough,Barnsley. Theroleinvolvesworkingonavariedrota(whichissetmonthly)andwillincludeeveningandweekendwork.Itwillalsoincludepersonalcare,dependingontheneedsofthepeopleintheservice.
Weprefertopromoteinternallyandhaveexcellentcareerdevelopmentopportunitiestosupportyouinyourrole,includingmonthlystaffawardsandamanagementtrainingprogrammethateveryoneisencouragedtocomplete.
