Senior Care Team Lead — Compassionate, Person-Centered Care

HC-One Ltd. is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to lead a team and deliver compassionate, person-centred care across dementia, nursing, residential and specialist settings.

You will work closely with the Registered Nurse and Care Manager to plan and implement care that supports residents’ dignity and independence. Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, engaging residents in social activities and ensuring high standards of care.
