Band 6 OT – Inpatient Rehab MDT Lead

South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust in Croydon is recruiting a full-time Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join our rehabilitation inpatient ward. You will work closely with a Band 5 OT and Activity Coordinator as part of an experienced MDT.

Your role includes delivering OT assessments and a varied 1:1 and group rehabilitation programme, supporting service users toward active rehabilitation and discharge to the community.
