Senior Care Lead: Team Leadership & Care Plans

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Residential Senior Carer to support our residents with quality, person-centred care. You will lead a team of care staff, provide on-shift training and supervision, and delegate duties to ensure smooth shifts.

You will assist with administering and ordering medications, review and update care plans and risk assessments, and liaise with GPs, district nurses, and residents’ families to maintain a warm, welcoming environment for every resident.
