Job Description:
Ann’s Home Care invites applications for a role working directly with looked-after young people in a home setting, delivering supportive care and coordinating with families and professionals. You will develop therapeutic relationships while safeguarding and promoting wellbeing.
You will participate in education plans, attend meetings, and keep accurate records, while maintaining flexibility to cover shifts including evenings, weekends and sleepovers. A driving licence is preferred.
