Empowering SEN Learning Support Worker (Mon–Fri 9–5)

Randstad Education is looking for a passionate Learning Support Worker to help young adults with learning difficulties, including ASD, in a dedicated SEN centre. The role focuses on enabling communication, life skills, employability and independent living through 1:1 and small-group support.

Work is Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, with benefits including on-site parking, funded training, free hot meals, and career progression opportunities from the outset.
