You will monitor care delivery, support person-centred care plans, and record observations on health indicators while offering companionship and meaningful engagement with residents.

Ideal candidates have an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care, with a view to completing NVQ 3, and GCSEs in English and Maths at C or above.
