Elderly Day Care Assistant — Flexible Hours & Impact

Randstad Care is seeking an empathetic Elderly Day Care Assistant for our Pencoed Hub to support older adults with age-related needs. You will lead daily social activities, assist with personal care and meals, and help maintain independence within the local community.

Shifts are Monday to Friday, 8:45 AM to 4:30 PM with flexibility around family life. This role offers meaningful impact by reducing isolation and building trusting relationships with members and their families.
