Women’s Housing Project Worker – Outreach & Casework

Wintercomfort seeks an experienced Women’s Housing Project Worker to deliver outreach-led, trauma-informed support for women who are homeless or at risk. The role focuses on building safe relationships in community settings and providing practical housing help, signposting and liaison with partner agencies within Cambridge.

You will handle caseloads, plan actions, support safe accommodation and wellbeing, and contribute to service development while promoting independence for service users.
