Retail Security Officer – Growth, Training & Boots Contract

Lodge Security is seeking a vigilant Security Officer to protect staff, customers and stock across Cardiff sites, including Boots partnerships. You’ll act as a visible deterrent and uphold professional customer service standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

Applicants should hold a valid SIA license, have the right to work in the UK, and be willing to travel between sites in Cardiff. Training, uniform, and wellbeing benefits are provided along with a pension scheme and holiday entitlement.
