Senior Residential Property Manager – High-End Portfolio Lead

Esskay, part of Fexco Property Services, is seeking a portfolio manager to run a portfolio of high end residential buildings. You will handle all aspects from legal/compliance to maintenance, HR, and financial duties, with weekly/fortnightly property visits and attendance at directors meetings.

Office-based role, 9am-5:30pm, Monday to Friday, with an hour lunch. Requires at least 5 years in a similar role and IT proficiency; MTPI is preferred.
