Family Impact Leader — Holding Families Program

Early Break seeks a dedicated Coordinator for the Holding Families programme in Greater Manchester. The role focuses on coordinating a multi-agency model with families, delivering group work and one-to-one sessions, and linking services to meet identified needs.

You will lead on safeguarding, manage a caseload of families affected by parental substance misuse, and support student placements and volunteers as part of the delivery.
