Heavy Excavator Operator – Long-Term Birmingham Role

VGC Group is seeking an experienced Plant / Heavy Excavator Operator for a Birmingham project. The role involves operating excavators on site, following drawings, and supporting major infrastructure works; 50 hours per week, permanent contract, PAYE rate £23.51/hr, with potential long-term work.

Based in Birmingham, the role requires a Blue CPCS or NPORS with CSCS hologram, strong safety knowledge, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
