Field Officer: TV Licensing & Community Support

Capita TV Licensing seeks a Field Officer to visit customers at their homes across the CF83 area, explain licensing options, and support them in taking the next steps. You will travel locally from home, with full training and equipment provided, and manage your own daily schedule in the field.

The role requires a full UK driving licence, independence, strong communication, and the ability to handle diverse customer situations. Training is provided; evenings and weekends may be required.
