Full time hours on a temporarybasis

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of housing litigation matters.
• Conduct possession proceedings, injunction applications, anti-social behaviour cases, and disrepair claims.
• Provide legal advice on tenancy enforcement, homelessness, allocations, and housing management issues.
• Represent the organisation in County Court and relevant tribunals.
• Prepare legal documentation, witness statements, pleadings, and court applications.
• Advise senior managers on legal risks and case strategy.
• Ensure legal compliance and contribute to policy development
