Our longstanding client, a successful medium sized City law firm has a strong reputation within the social housing space.
Role
Primarily advising social housing providers including local authorities, housing associations and the private sector across a wide range of housing management and residential property litigation matters which often include:
- Service charge disputes
- Breach of lease claims
- Fire & Safety and Cladding
- Forfeiture

Successful Candidate
- 3-4 PQE, England & Wales Qualified
- Strong housing management litigation experience gained within a UK law firm
