Senior HR Business Partner – Global Operations

CSL is seeking an HR Business Partner to support HR initiatives that drive business results and a values-based culture. Reporting to the Senior Director/Director HRBP, you will work with business leaders and HR teams to deliver people solutions aligned with enterprise and local objectives.

This role delivers operational HR programmes, provides sound advice across the employee lifecycle, and ensures policy consistency while considering local laws. Based in Liverpool with occasional travel.
