Montu is scaling rapidly and seeks an HR Partner who thrives in a startup environment. You’ll work hands-on with the Patient Experience team, guiding managers through complex people issues while shaping the employee experience across London and Winnersh.

This specialist role focuses on employee relations, coaching managers, and delivering people initiatives. You’ll split time between our London (Kings Cross) and Winnersh offices each week, ensuring a proactive and compliant people function.
