Clinical Care Lead — Dementia & Nursing Home Leader

Athena Care Homes is seeking a Clinical Care Lead at Goodwins Hall Care Home in King’s Lynn. You will ensure high standards of clinical care and governance for residents, leading the clinical team and delivering relationship-centred, dementia-focused care.

The role is 40 hours per week on a rota basis, with a competitive salary and benefits. Applicants must be a qualified RN/RGN/RMN with at least two years of leadership experience and a proven ability to motivate a clinical team.
