Crisis Resolution MH Practitioner – Band 5 (Home Treatment)

Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust is recruiting for a Band 5 Mental Health Practitioner to join the Adult Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment Team based at the Bradgate Mental Health Unit in Leicestershire. The role requires registration as a Mental Health Nurse, Social Worker or Occupational Therapist with completed preceptorship.

The team works 24/7 to prevent admission to hospital by delivering timely crisis care in the community.
