Clinical Care Lead – Dementia & Nursing Home Team

Athena Care Homes is seeking a Clinical Care Lead for Goodwins Hall Care Home in King’s Lynn. You will oversee clinical care and governance across the home, leading the clinical team to deliver high-quality, relationship-centred, dementia-aware care.

With RN/RGN/RMN qualification and at least two years of shift leadership experience, you will coach and inspire staff, drive continuous improvement, and ensure an outstanding standard of care for residents within a supportive, values-led environment.
