Nurse Leader & Deputy Manager (Clinical)

Angusfield House Care Home in Aberdeen’s West End is seeking a Deputy Manager to lead clinical and operational services for up to 40 residents. You will work closely with the Home Manager to sustain high standards of care, lead the team, oversee care planning, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering compassionate, person-centred care.

As an experienced nurse with active NMC PIN, you will mentor staff, manage audits, and maintain strong links with families and healthcare professionals.
