Join our 2027 Graduate Programme as a Graduate Public Health Engineer in our Leeds office, where you will be part of a market-leading Buildings discipline. As a Graduate Public Health Engineer, you’ll join a collaborative and growing MEP team where you’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact. You’ll be part of a close-knit Leeds team of 15, supported by a regional network of 20 professionals and backed by a national team of over 200 experts. This structure offers the perfect balance of local team support, regional collaboration, and access to national expertise, providing excellent opportunities for learning, development, and career progression. You’ll support the delivery of a diverse range of projects across multiple sectors, including retail, manufacturing, logistics, education, healthcare, leisure, and heritage projects.
About The Role
- Preparing engineering calculations
- Producing and reviewing technical reports
- Developing design drawings and specifications
- Assisting with the coordination of multidisciplinary project information

About You
At Stantec, we value your potential over past experience. Along with a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in an engineering related discipline, a knowledge of Microsoft packages, and a keen interest in working in the Buildings sector, you’ll be:

Please note, we ask our graduates to come into the office 4 days per week, to ensure that you receive sufficient time with your team and receive the appropriate level of support.
