Health & Safety Leader — Food Manufacturing

The Collective Network Limited is hiring a Health & Safety Manager for a fast-growing food manufacturing site in Kent. You’ll balance shop-floor leadership with boardroom influence to spot risk before it happens and drive real ownership of safety across the site.

You’ll own H&S strategy, ensure ISO 45001 and BRC/ISO compliance, build a proactive safety culture, manage crisis frameworks, risk assessments, PUWER sign-offs, and contractor readiness.
