Contract Manager – Night Shift (Mobile Role)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Contract Manager to join our growing team.

Location: Mobile role covering 7 Elizabeth Line stations

Hours: 8:00pm – 4:00am (Night Shift)

Team Size: Managing up to 120 staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support cleaning teams across multiple stations




• Ensure train cleaning is completed to the highest standards




• Oversee daily operations, staff performance, attendance, and productivity




• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with rail industry standards and company procedures




• Build strong relationships with clients and ensure service delivery meets contractual requirements

Requirements:

• Full UK driving licence (essential)




• Previous experience as a Contract Manager, Operations Manager, or in a similar management role




• Cleaning industry experience preferred




• Rail industry experience is advantageous




• PTS (Personal Track Safety) is advantageous, but training can be provided for the right candidate

Pre-Employment Requirements:

• Successful completion of a pre-employment medical




• Drugs & Alcohol (D&A) screening
