This role offers a clear and structured pathway to Senior Quantity Surveyor, alongside the chance to take full commercial ownership of a diverse portfolio of projects. Working across sectors including Healthcare, Education, Commercial, and Residential, you will be involved in delivering schemes high valued The Role Reporting into the Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for the full commercial lifecycle of projects from procurement through to final account. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the commercial delivery of multiple construction projects
- Producing monthly CVRs, cost reports, and financial forecasts
- Administering subcontractor packages, including procurement and payments
- Managing variations, claims, and final accounts
- Issuing and managing contractual notices
- Ensuring projects are delivered within budget and margin targets
About You
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor / Project QS with a Main Contractor
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects or packages simultaneously
- Experience across sectors such as Healthcare, Education, Commercial, or Residential (desirable)
- Solid contractual knowledge and strong negotiation skills
- Degree or HND in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
