Assistant Design Manager — Lead Design & BIM (London)

Falcon Green, a London-based main contractor, is seeking an Assistant Design Manager to work across multiple schemes, reporting to the Senior Design Manager. The role is based in head office with site visits as required and can suit someone from either an architectural or engineering background.

The ideal candidate will review design information with the Site team, generate contractor proposals, understand BIM usage, and manage samples/O&M information while showing strong leadership potential
