Senior Business Analyst: CRM & ERP Transformation Lead

Goodwood is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our Technology team on a full-time, office-based basis from the Goodwood Estate.

You’ll help shape how our systems and processes support the guest experiences we deliver across the Estate, working on projects including a new CRM implementation, a Property Management System replacement, a Business Central/ERP upgrade and ongoing Microsoft 365 development.
