Regional Director of School Improvement (North East)

The Youth Engagement Schools (YES) Trust invites applications for the Regional Director for School Improvement, North East region. You will lead strategic school improvement across hub schools, oversee evaluation, and provide targeted support to raise outcomes.

Reporting to the Director of Education, you will work with Executive Headteachers and Headteachers to drive sustainable improvement and share best practices across the regional network.
