Senior Residential Valuation & Risk Advisor

JLL in Manchester is seeking a qualified Surveyor or Senior Surveyor to join our residential valuation team. You will conduct property inspections and produce accurate valuations across a diverse portfolio for loan security, asset management, and advisory purposes.

Essentially, MRICS qualification with residential valuation experience is required, along with excellent report writing and a full UK driving license with willingness to travel.
