Strategic FP&A Leader — 5-Year Plan & M&A

Equals, a London-based FP&A driven growth company, is hiring a hands-on Senior Business Finance Manager for its London office (hybrid, 4 days on site). You will champion 5-year planning, budgeting and rolling forecasts, support M&A activity, debt and equity raises, and drive cost control across the business.

You will craft insights from financial and non-financial data, present to executives, and guide decision-making with robust modelling and KPI development.
