We are looking for a motivated and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. You’ll play a key role in connecting talented candidates with leading employers while building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Source, interview, and assess candidates for a variety of vacancies.
- Advertise vacancies across multiple recruitment platforms and social media channels.
- Match candidates to suitable opportunities and manage the recruitment process from start to finish.
- Generate new business through proactive sales activity, networking, and business development.
- Negotiate terms of business, fees, and candidate offers.
- Provide clients and candidates with regular updates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate records using the company’s CRM and recruitment systems.
- Achieve agreed performance and activity targets while delivering a high standard of service.
About You
We’re looking for someone who has:
- Previous recruitment or sales experience (preferred but not essential).
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- A proactive, self-motivated, and resilient approach.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Commercial awareness and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- A positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
