Aviation Programme Director – Growth & Delivery Leader

AECOM is seeking a strategic, client-focused Aviation Client & Programme Director to lead the growth of its Aviation business across the UK & Ireland. You will shape and deliver the growth strategy, win major programmes, and develop long-term client relationships with senior stakeholders.

Reporting to the Sector Director, you will drive opportunities >$5M, manage multi-disciplinary teams, and expand AECOM’s presence in the aviation market through thought leadership and executive engagement.
