Venture Capital Transactions Counsel – London

PER in London is seeking a mid-level Legal Counsel to advise on venture capital and growth investments from inception to completion. You will work closely with the investment team and external counsel to structure and execute transactions.

This role requires strong drafting, negotiation and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deals across jurisdictions and to support portfolio companies as needed.
