Climate Resilience & Adaptation Lead

AECOM is seeking an Associate Director to lead a multidisciplinary team delivering climate resilience and adaptation advisory services. The role is based in Bristol, Edinburgh, or London with a flexible hybrid model and cross-border collaboration.

You will strengthen our climate risk assessment offerings for infrastructure and government clients, grow market share in energy, transport and water sectors, and mentor the next generation of climate professionals.
