Lead Directional Drilling Build a UK Division with Autonomy

Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking an experienced Head of Directional Drilling to establish a new division within a fast-growing civil engineering business. You will lead, shape strategy, and own the division from inception, with UK-wide travel.

The role offers £80,000-£120,000 plus car allowance, bonus, healthcare, 25 days holiday and a pension. You will price work, win new contracts, and build a team across utilities, renewables, and ICPs/NAVs.
