London In-House Legal Counsel, Commercial & Compliance

Man Group is seeking a Legal Counsel to join the Group Legal team in London. The role covers advisory and transactional matters across our business, including commercial contracts, employment, data protection, real estate, M&A and financial services regulation.

The successful candidate will have ~2–4 years PQE as a solicitor in England & Wales, plus proven experience drafting and negotiating contracts, with a practical, business‑minded approach and strong communication skills.
