Senior Commercial Counsel, Global IT & Franchising (12m FTC)

SSP Group plc is seeking an experienced commercial lawyer for a 12-month fixed-term contract in the UK. The role reports to the Associate General Counsel and covers drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements, IT contracts, procurement, and brand protection.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years PQE with in-house and private practice exposure, strong IT/technology contracting experience, and governance/compliance awareness.
