Operations Performance GM — Hospitality Leader

Wilde seeks a General Manager – Operations Performance to support across its Wilde properties. You will elevate the guest journey by leading a consistent brand-led operation, working with European Operations Director and Head of New Openings to optimize performance and ways of working across the hotels portfolio.

The ideal candidate is London or UK-based with travel to Wilde properties across the UK and Europe. You will collaborate with multiple departments to drive results and develop teams.
