Flexible Bank Healthcare Assistant | Surgical Ward

Spire Fylde Coast Hospital is seeking a Bank Healthcare Assistant to join the surgical ward team. You will work alongside nursing staff to provide high-quality patient care, support with monitoring, and assist with patient movement according to hospital policies.

The role requires prior HCA experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to perform patient observations, ECGs, and blood pressure checks. NVQ Level 3 is advantageous for progression within the bank.
