Student Living: Resident Experience Advisor

Flow Student is seeking a Customer Service Assistant for our Preston site to deliver an outstanding resident experience, act as the first point of contact for students and visitors, and support day-to-day operations with a friendly, solution-focused approach.

You will build relationships with residents, handle enquiries, support rent administration and arrears communications, and maintain accurate records to help the site run smoothly and compliantly.
