Vista in London is seeking a capable paralegal to oversee, administer, and continuously update our bespoke commercial contract repository. The role focuses on post-execution review, synthesis, and processing of standard-form agreements and addenda with high attention to detail.
You will work closely with Vista Legal, Finance, Product, Sales and Tech to ensure data fidelity while supporting a litigation portfolio and other admin tasks as needed.
