ATM Reconciliations Clerk
Part of the Brinks Family, NoteMachine is one of Europe’s leading ATM businesses, supplying around £10 billion of cash each year to over 14,000 cash machines across the UK. We are currently looking to recruit an ATM Reconciliations Clerk to join our Finance Team. This role will be permanent and full‑time, based at our Head Office in Crickhowell. Your normal hours of work will be 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday, with a flexible working arrangement available.
What does the role entail?
Duties
- Perform daily ATM reconciliations, investigating and resolving discrepancies.
- Monitor and track surplus recovery efforts.
- Process settlement inwards and manage merchant cash repayments.
- Reconcile all elements of cash flow to ensure accuracy.
- Post daily journals to maintain up‑to‑date financial records.
- Collaborate with the Cash Cycle Team Manager to assist in month‑end reporting.
Who will make the Right Candidate?
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs at grades A*‑C.
- Proficient experience with data input.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong team‑working and collaboration skills.
- Ability to plan and organise your own workload efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Desirable: 3 A Levels at grades A*‑C, good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, and prior experience in reconciliation and/or working on financial programmes such as Sage X3 (not required).
