AWD online is seeking a skilled GRP Operative for a major project in Cambridge. The contract runs for approximately 5 months with an 11‑day rotation and a 106‑hour fortnightly schedule. Base rates are £23.45 per hour, with OT1 at £32.83 and OT2 at £42.21, and a potential bonus payable on completion.

The role focuses on laminating GRP ducting and pipework using resin and glass fibre, with duties covering site joints, ducting, and associated fibreglass work on a large-scale installation.
