Location: Mirfield
Shift Pattern: Monday – Friday, rotating weekly pattern of 08:00 – 16:00, 10:00 – 18:00.
We’re looking for a Lead Warehouse Operative to join our Mirfield site to manage the flow of work through the Hardware Shipping department, deliver excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders, organise the operations team to meet customer deadlines and support the Department Manager with KPI reporting. The role is primarily PC based and requires you to be the first point of contact for urgent escalations and to communicate with external carriers about shipment queries.
About You
You are a team player who thrives under pressure, builds long‑term relationships with stakeholders, prioritises workload, and has excellent organisational skills.
You have previous experience in a senior warehouse operative, supervisor or warehouse lead role.
