Inbound Call Centre Specialist – Customer Care Champion

The Best Connection Tamworth is recruiting for a Call Centre Operative to handle inbound customer calls and support engineers in a busy office-based role in Tamworth. Full training is provided, creating an excellent entry point into the customer service and contact centre sector.

Working hours are 37.5 per week with rotating shifts (08:00-16:00 / 09:00-17:00 / 10:00-18:00) and a pay of £12.71 per hour. This is a 12-week assignment offering weekly pay and structured training.
