Timber Production Operative – Temp to Perm, Career Growth

Kenect Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Production Operative in Lichfield for a timber manufacturing site. The role runs Monday to Friday, 7:00am–5:00pm, with full training and progression opportunities as the business expands with new machinery and production lines.

We are looking for candidates with production or manufacturing experience, good attention to detail, reliability and strong timekeeping to thrive in a busy yard environment.
