Asbestos Removal Operative

We are seeking experienced and reliable Asbestos Removal Operatives to join a growing asbestos management and remediation team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out asbestos removal works safely and professionally across a variety of commercial, industrial, and residential projects.

You’ll work within strict HSE guidelines, following approved methods of work and ensuring the highest standards of safety and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out licensed, non-licensed, and notifiable non-licensed asbestos removal activities.
• Work safely in accordance with HSE regulations and company procedures.
• Wear and maintain RPE/PPE equipment correctly.
• Construct and dismantle enclosures where required.
• Undertake decontamination procedures.
• Complete site documentation accurately.
• Maintain excellent health and safety standards at all times.
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Requirements

Essential

• Previous asbestos removal experience.
• Current asbestos removal training.
• Valid CSCS Card, AMI Skills Card, or equivalent site card.
• Face-fit test certificate.
• In-date asbestos medical.
• Good understanding of HSE asbestos regulations.
• Ability to travel and work away where required.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.
